Mythological exceptions are bad things to make laws over.If youre for providing free legal counsel for illegal immigrants at taxpayer expense, why dont you just say so instead of creating some preposterous scenario to justify your position.
Failing to consider unintended consequences make for incredibly bad laws.
If you're for a 'cleansing' of the American population of 'undesirables' such as the poor and the uneducated, why don't you just say so instead of pretending you are merely seeking justice?

Should a U.S. citizen that is too poor to be able to afford counsel, has no driver's license or I.D., and has no clue how or where to go to find a copy of his birth certificate be provided counsel if wrongly accused of being in the country illegally? No!

So you believe illegal aliens that can afford attorneys have more right to win deportation hearings than U.S. citizens that can't. Got it.
