'Bobby' should have vetoed the pay raise!

The savings could have been passed along to the league of stupid Louisiana citizens who are incapable of fending for themselves.

Perhaps they could use the money for useful items like i-pods or, better yet, navigational devices so they can locate their backsides.

And this coming from a citizen (I suppose) of a state who can't punch holes in a voting card and who elect officials that allocate millions to towns that don't exist.
