I truly believe that Conservatives are so hungry for a candidate that those in Iowa jumped to Huckabee from Romney and Rudy, and his peak will begin to drop. As they review his record more closely, they will gravitate to FRED and he will peak at just the right time.

The RUSH statements will eventually get out and the numbers will climb steadily over the next few weeks.

These is very possible, it is hard to predict how things will come out. I do think that the “morality first” voters (like myself) will stay with Huckabee until he pulls out (if) - it is not just an Iowa phenomena. However, although I’m supporting Huckabee, I would be fully content with Thompson is he gets the GOP nomination.
