Any candidate with a chance just spews political rhetoric anyway.

Look at the voting history of those with a chance before they were a POTUS candidate and you will see the real person behind the rhetoric. ; )

If one wants specifics to be bedazzled by rhetoric then that person generally is a liberal at heart for the talk without the walk makes them feel good and they fall for it.
