Senator George Allen made one mistake, and should not be banished from politics for it. The addition of Liz Cheney may indicate that the administration is finally seeing the promise of Fred's campaign and the urgency of stopping Rudy's nomination.

Senator George Allen made one mistake,

The conventional wisdom (the decisions of the mainstream media) has declared it a "mistake." I'm not sure I agree with that. It didn't seem like a "mistake" to me. Allen and Liz Cheney are both real assets to any campaign and I'm glad to see them both on board. Doesn't this sort of mean that VP Cheney will also be supporting Fred?

Personally, I suspect Bush and Cheney aren’t always seeing eye to eye these days, and Cheney is the only one in the administration who might be a FRedhead.
