This is getting to be like John Kerry's "Did you know I served in Vietnam?" mantra.

Those aren't purple hearts though. They're probably purple sashes that matches Rudy's evening gown.

"I'm just providing support for him. He's an old friend of mine," Sofaer said of Giuliani.


Way to pass the buck.

"You know those dang kids, never know what they'll do, I'm just setting it up, but they are running the show, I'm not gonna tell them that $9.11 is in poor taste, because, you know, I'm just providing support for him".
