The USA hasn't had a "Non-Interventionist" Foreign policy since before the Mexican-American war. This is another example of how the Paulbots simply tune out all reality to cling to their Neo Isolationist dogmas. Go read the history of Central America and the Caribbean to see how "Non Intervention" we have ever been. More of Paul's habit of ignoring all reality to cling to dogma
