I can't disagree with that. We cannot handle the fact that some allegedly conservative folks want a pro-choice, pro-gun-control, pro-amnesty candidate.

Rudy isn't a strong conservative,

He isn't any kind of conservative. He is a east coast liberal Republican, which on a normal day can be rather difficult to discern from a moderate Democrat.

On the other hand, I don't need to convince you or people like you of this. Get it?

You already made your case without me even trying. Too bad you don't realize you undermined the larger sales job of Rudy to the base.

The problem with many conservatives is that they can't accept that the conservative brand name has been horribly damaged. A strong, but no-name conservative will likely lose against Hillary or a strong Democrat nominee.

I'd rather win and have some of our agenda realized, rather than lose and have none of it realized. And lets get back to work on improving the brand name - conservatives utterly failed at marketing their ideas.
