Let me get this straight.
Angry about Immigration, the American voters fired the ONLY people in DC, US House Republicans, that fought for a tough on the border stand.
People can kid themselves all they want but their every political whimsy is not validated by the Republican losing. The Republicans lost because the Conservative Media was more interested in shooting their own in the back then fighting the Democrats on anything. There is utterly no indication that is going to change anytime soon.
Voters turned on the Junk Media and heard "the GOP Stinks" they then went to what is supposedly the "Conservative" side of the media and heard "Yeah, the GOP" sucks.
As long as our media is more interested in serving as the Democrat Noise Machine's echo chamber then having the emotional and mental discipline to accept the fact that NOT every thing can be dealt with 100% to their emotional whimsy the second they decide to want it, we will continue to lose.
Given how tough it is to unseat incumbents and the crippling effect CFR has on challengers, there is utterly no reason to assume that the composition of the current Congress will change anytime soon.
Pretty desperately bad consequences for the future of our country just so some spoiled brat children could send a message about how angry they were their political glass was only 70% full.
May God have mercy on them, the Democrats surely will not.

Your post is accurate and cathartic.
If only you could run the world.
Bottom line... I have a very bad feeling
about this.
