David Wallace seems like the logical choice. It's not only because he's widely known in Sugar Land, but because his name is easy to spell. In a write-in campaign, that is an important factor, and Shelley Sekula-Gibbs is very easy to misspell.

Misspelled names are acceptable. When Strom Thurmond was elected in 1954 in SC, officials accepted the spelling "Storm Thunder" in one case.
