Our friend Paul Green is running as the Republican candidate in California State Senate District 6, which includes most of Sacramento County and all of Sacramento City. Paul is an outstanding community and conservative leader, with a strong track record of persistence and success in the initiatives he has pursued. He is serious, thoughtful, hard working, and acts on his convictions rather than on what he was told by the last and loudest people he met with. In other words, he is not your typical California politician. Not surprisingly, he faces a tough battle against his heavily funded opponent, left-winger Darrell Steinberg, in an area that seems to have turned the corner from modestly conservative to modestly liberal over the last two decades. With a concerted effort, increased visibility, and strong conservative turnout, Paul can win this race. |

Paul needs to raise $15,000 by 11 August. If you live in CA Senate District 6, please visit his website and contribute if you can. If you don't live in that district, but care about giving the Dems a run for their money and put serious conservatives in office, maybe you can spare $25 for this outstanding candidate.

Having once lived in CA, I know that Sacramento is not known for its Republican voting habits.
