Romney's not a Republican. He's a RINO. If you needed any more proof, check out the link I just posted in my reply above and read what Romney said about what would embarrass him.
That line alone makes no sense. Show me the context around it and I may listen.
Also -- the Big Dig is a FEDERAL project. You might want to take that into account before trying to accuse anyone of anything.
