After being stuck in the doldrums since Watergate, when the party was growing towards parity, the GOP is growing back again in WV as the populace has finally woke up to the fact that their 'Rats aren't reflecting their values. Al Gore was probably the one that gave them that hard slap across the face in 2000, and it wasn't pretty (for him, that is).
