It's amazing to me that politicians that are so pathetic as Taft insist on serving out their terms.

In general when one is elected to a position he should serve out the full term.

I tend to think with some pols, if those that give them a positive approval rating could hold a convention in a phone booth, it's time to step aside. Taft does no one, but the 'Rats, any favors remaining in office at this point.
