If the new redistricting plan adopted by the GOP legislature is upheld (which I don't think it will, since the GA legislature already adopted a plan after the 2000 Census), Marshall will lose fairly big to Collins. But if the 2006 election is held under the 2002 and 2004 lines, Marshall will have a better chance, but will still be eminently beatable.
