Gov. Mark R. Warner credited bipartisanship yesterday for shoring up the state's financial condition, while cautioning legislators against wholesale spending of plentiful revenues produced by a booming economy.

Gov. Mark R. Warner will not challenge U.S. Sen. George Allen in the 2006 Senate race, senior advisers to Warner said yesterday.

hmmmm...What does Marky know and when did he know it? Gerald Baliles torpedoed Doug Wilder with his budget. Is Marky preparing the same? What's he hiding?
