Democrat Leslie L. Byrne wants nursing home residents or their guardians to be able to install so-called "grannycams" in their rooms to monitor their care.
My mother-in-law lives with us. I can assure you, there will be no "grannycam" for the Stormhands family. Visiting granny is also a way to monitor her care.

Marty Kilgore was here on the shore earlier this week - I couldn't attend the public reception, but I have a republican Women's meeting on Saturday, so I'm sure I'll get a full report. According to the article in yesterday's paper (which isn't in the online version) he is still promising to come to the shore - but no date has been set.
