Kaine will debate Potts after debating Kilgore

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Timothy M. Kaine and independent candidate H. Russell Potts Jr. have agreed to debate on Sept. 13 -- after Kaine and Republican Jerry W. Kilgore debate in front of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.

This will give Timmy the chance to take both sides of the issues...

The Democratic Party of Virginia is asking Republican gubernatorial candidate Jerry W. Kilgore to get a protective order lifted that has prevented the public dissemination of Kilgore's testimony in an eavesdropping lawsuit.

Tim Murtaugh, a Kilgore spokesman, said, "We look forward to seeing the two liberals in the campaign debate each other and determine who will be the best at raising taxes."
