Coors will enter race on Tuesday

It may not be a surprise, but it's official: Peter Coors will announce his U.S. Senate bid Tuesday morning on the west steps of the state Capitol.

The Coors campaign said Sunday the Republican beer magnate plans a two-day statewide tour, beginning in Denver, with other stops in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Greeley, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Durango and Alamosa.
