First he gets named for violating the new U.S. campaign finance reform laws in a DNC-coordinated soft money laundering scam, and then he gets Bill-Gated in Kiev.
Reports say it was either glue or mayonaise.
Apparently, the Ukrainians are upset about the way he used his billions to illegally influence an election there last year.
