Wow, I like the fact that he's from the same district, I think that would help him HUGE.
Anyhow, I'm not from Oak. but from what you've said, I'm in favor of Coburn. Hope he wins the primary. What are his chances of winning the primary?

I'm not from OK either, but from what I've heard he starts off behind, since Humphreys has a solid base in Oklahoma City (which has a lot more registered Republicans than in Eastern OK), and he got a lot of early endorsements from prominent OK Republicans. However, since Humphreys has not exactly revved up the GOP faithful and polls show Carson beating Humpreys, a lot of people were abandoning Humphreys even before Dr. Coburn jumped into the race. Hopefully, Coburn will be able to get his message out to enough Republicans so that he can win the primary and go on to victory in November.
