I'm really surprised that it hasn't been more of a focus of discussion on FreeRepublic -- something that has the potential to significantly infringe on our sovereignty, and most shockingly is being pushed for by the Bush administration (which, presumably, has tried to model itself after Reagan's philosophy), should be near the top of the discussion list on here, but I've found very little "current" talk on it. It's almost as if the last time it was defeated, back when Clinton tried to get it through, but a GOP Senate stopped him, that everyone thought the issue was dead. It's just dumbfounding that it's Bush who's reviving it, and Sen. Lugar is trying to ram it through w/o any public debate, and sneak it through before conservatives have a chance to rally opposition.
