I don't know. Email the White House and respectfully ask them. In my opinion, this is a crazy position to take on this treaty.

Illegal immigrant amnesty, Medicare prescription coverage, Support for the Law of the Sea Treaty - Sometimes I think that the Bush administration has lost its collective mind. Then the phrase "President-elect John Kerry" comes to my mind. That's NOT what I want to hear in November.
