I live in Illinois and I think you are right on all scores. Oberweis (a closet pro-abort "Catholic" and dairy zillionaire who got smashed last time) is on the airwaves raving in an opportunistic frenzy about immigration which is not likely to mobilize anyone behind his lackluster personality and squishy overall issue portfolio.
