I think, the higher the Turnout, the Worse it is for Davis.

And considering it is a One Payment deal, it is horribly regressive and sure to piss off folks that dont have a thousand dollars to fork over to the state.......

The contiguous attacks on President Bush (the PlameNameBlameGame), Arnold Schwartzenegger, and Rush Limbaugh this October makes me wonder what they are cooking up for next October, when we are a month away from the BIG election.
