You're in Tenn!!! Holy Smokes!!

Three hours south of Jack Daniels country would make it Alabama. Hmmmmm, would've been a niiiiiice road trip in the big Lincoln, huh?

I prefer the backroads when I travel. May take a little longer to get somewhere but I'm able to enjoy the scenery much better.

I agree....when you're in a hurry the Interstate's the way to go. Just a lot more nerve-wracking! LOL! Some people get WILD out there.

AUSTRALIA ECHIDNA A curious Echidna climbs on one of the photographer's camera during a visit to Sydney's Taronga Zoo, Australia, Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003. The Echidna is a member of the monotreme family which are mammals that lay eggs and produce milk for their young. (AP Photo/Dan Peled)

This is the way I felt going though the inspections in airports.
LOL
Ain't he cute???

I'm a pro at letting my hubby drive when we have to take the Interstate. LOL! His nerves don't seem to get frazzled as easily as mine do. I'm a bit of a wuss. hehe!

hahahahahahaha! That lil critter is adorable! I've never heard of Echidnas before. Australia sure has some odd critters!

This is the way I felt going though the inspections in airports.

They sure put ya through it in Nashville. I'm glad we drive anywhere we go.

Firewater?
Burning water?
That'd be the Cayuga river in Ohio.
The river itself caught on fire, and teh firefighter's pumped riverwater from the river to spray onto the river.
Kinda hard to put out a fire with what amounts to flameable mist.

The stones that whispered in the pale moonlight
told ancient secrets by dancing firelight.
They told stories from days of old
about creatures strange and heroes bold
Long tales of years
of woes and fears
Stories long of many woes
many ends and fallen foes
The stones that whispered in the pale moonlight
grew silent and still come first daylight.

This is the way I felt going though the inspections in airports.

You don't know how glad I am to hear this. LOL. I thought maybe I was being followed around the country. I swear at every airport to SAM's in July and then to San Diego in September and from San Diego to Oregon again and home both times I was singled out for special searches of both me and my luggage!!

Of course they let SAM waltz right through.

I think SAM was begining to think I was on the government's watch list...actually I was starting to think that, too.
