Tom Tancredo is a good conservative that wants to close the borders and stop the socialist intrusion of our government.

He was just one of the Republicans that woul make a good Republican challenger. Others include Helen Chenoweth, Conrad Burns, Bob Dornan, Alan Keyes, Gary Bauer and there are others.

Bush's "compassionate conservatism" is socialism lite and we need to send a message to **OUR** party that we aren't gonna let the RINO's continue to run the show.

We survived without a scratch, however neighbors weren't so fortunate. I can't go down any street here without getting a tear. So many families lost everything. We are helping where we can. There is just too much to do. Many are still without power and will be for several weeks.

Take care.I have been in the midst of devastation from a large tornado before.At first the joy of your loved ones being alive is so great..but then the destruction starts making you blue.

It's been over 20 years and I can still "see" it.

I have been through 5 hurricanes, 7 tornadoes and many Nor'Easters...I have never seen anything like this!

I was in Florida, Phillipines.. Oh yeah, two Pacific Typhoons to add :) I am in VA. I have lived here almost 30 yrs. We do get the weather, thanks to all the water we have around us. I live in the Tidewater Area. Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk....
