Great news here .. It FINALLY stopped raining .. YESSSS!

Well Carly started her first day of school and I'm not sure how she is going take it all .. or if I'm gonna like it.

She didn't cry but there was another little girl who would not stop screaming ... Carly just kept staring at her.

Turns out that many in this 3 year old class are 4 year olds. Apparently there were not enough kids in each class so they had to combine the classes. And her teacher seems a bit loopy

Oh well .. I'll give it some time and see how it goes .. if I still am not thrilled, I'll pull her out and wait till next year and put her in the 4 year old class at Jessie and Dana's school .. I like the teachers there.

Not sure .. apparently she was just hired to replace the last teacher .. Jessie and Dana had the last teacher and I was happy with her.

A burglar broke into a house one night.

He shone his flashlight around, looking for valuables, and when he picked up a CD player to place in his sack, a strange, disembodied voice echoed from the dark saying

"Jesus is watching you." He nearly jumped out of his skin, clicked his flashlight out and froze.

When he heard nothing more after a bit, he shook his head, clicked the light back on and began searching for more valuables.

Just as he pulled the stereo out so he could disconnect the wires, clear as a bell he heard, "Jesus is watching you." Freaked out, he shone his light around frantically, looking for the source of the voice. Finally, in the corner of the room, his flashlight beam came to rest on a parrot.

"Did you say that?" he hissed at the parrot.

"Yep," the parrot confessed, "I'm just trying to warn you."

The burglar relaxed. "Warn me, huh? Who the hell are you?"

"Moses," replied the bird.

"Moses" the burglar laughed. "What kind of stupid people would name a parrot Moses?"

"Probably the same kind of people that would name a rotweiller Jesus," the bird answered.

Actually it was a bright yellow sun pic, and I processed it to make it blue and violet. Just messing around.. ;)

Well I picked her up from pre-school and yep .. I do not like her teacher

With her perse lips, she proceeded to tell me everything Carly did wrong. Like when the class was cutting curly stips out of paper, Carly only cut straight strips. Then at story time, Carly didn't sit in the circle and wanted to play with the toys. then the teacher proceeds to put her on the other side of the room. I asked if Carly gave her a hard time and she said no, that she wouldn't listen .. but that Carly did sit very quietly by herself and didn't cry.

After she went on about other things .. I looked at the teacher and said ... you realize that she is only 3 years old don't you and that she has never been in school before and doesn't understand the routines, especially since this was her FIRST day at school

LIGHT BULB goes off and she says that there is a big difference in development between an ealier 3yr. old and 4 yr old

With that I said .. I know, that is way I had signed her up with the 3 yrd old class and that if I had known it would have been a class with a majority of 4 yr. olds .. I would never had signed her up.

Not sure if I will take her back on Monday .. but I am going to look for a different school, that's for sure.

Oh and then Dana got stung by a bee and is actling like her leg needs to be cut off ...

Could my day get any worse????
