I don't know the legalities or the costs, but you might check
http://www.knowx.com or its parent company
http://www.choicepoint.com/site.html. Choicepoint has a contract with various federal agencies, and has a good reputation.
BTW, it is a federal felony to "misuse" NCIC for spurious reasons, a practice widely undertaken by the Clinton administration during its reign of terror.

Nice, Race!
Man I hope I never p*ss you off!
VMI70, consider Race's offer, or get 2-3 very large or brave guys in your family. Have them pay the guy a friendly visit. Kinda "getting to know you" moment. Let him know that there are some bad$$ folks around who care.
He'll vanish.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Since my last post to you at 3:42 PM EST, I have been on the web site you gave me, printing out court cases involving this guy. It is now 4:20 PM EST. That gives you some idea how dirty he is. I have a sheaf of paper easily a half inch thick.
There are 5 categories that you can look up on the site: civil, criminal, traffic, small claims, and probate. The only one he does not appear on is probate. He appears on ALL the others, at 4-7 times EACH.
We're dealing with a real prince of a guy, it seems.
Thanks again.

Wow, that's fantastic! But don't stop there. Take a look at what you can find in neighboring jurisdictions, if he's that big of a stinker he might have done bad things in the next town.
If he's got felony convictions maybe you can contact his probation officer - they know the best dirt on people.
I hope your daughter sees the error of her ways.

That was 1987, I took 3rd place in the US at the Howard University National Tae Kwon Do Championships that day.
I am much larger now, but much slower, too, and much better armed...

Went through a somewhat similar situation with my adult stepdaughter.
If you have his real name (including middle name) and birth date or social security number, which I assume you do since you found court document of past behavior, call the county sheriff from where he used to live. They might even have a warrant out for his arrest now and would like to know where he is.
When we went through this I found the county sheriff (it was a different state than you are dealing with) to be very helpful. They faxed us his past arrest records, etc.
Good luck.

Incredible! I just used your link to search for a piece of $h#t that my sister used to "date"....... he has an entire page of details from arrests during the past 4 years........ unfortunately, it appears he walks away from a lot of things......still........

I think a ball bat would solve the problem. However, if you don't want to step up in such a fatherly fashion I would think you might get his finger prints from a drinking glass or soda can. A PI or understanding policeman might be able to assist you. Give your police chief a call and tell him you story. He might get the prints run for you.
