no, gabz. it was different. xspup never smelled excessively like dog, except when he would come in wet from the rain. xs2pup had an insidious doggie odor that we ALL smelled and it wasn't pleasant. Now the groomer used q-tips to clean his ears out (i hadn't thought of that, but i will too) and i don't know what he did when he bathed him, but the puppy shampoo i used didn't do squat to get rid of the smell. it is hard to describe, but after a year and a half with xspup, he never smelled like this one did.

heck no. xsboy starts the last week of August. the other 2 start the day after labor day. then begins the saga of the xshousehold with 3 kids in 3 diff schools, 3 diff school day schedules and 3 diff sets of vacation days. NOT FUN!

I still have a few minutes - I did a bunch of stuff while hubby was taking Jax to school, and right now he has half the electric turned off switching out wall sockets.

it's a movie with Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, where a teenager and her mom end up in each others bodies, via some Asian magic trick, and they learn what it is like to be each other, which helps their relationship. i understand it is a remake, i never saw the original, but i think Jodie Foster was the kid in the orginal.

I know the doggie odor you're talking about. Anisette has a different type of one, that nothing will get rid of because it is part of her being mostly water dog - there is a certain oil in their coats. Fortunately I have never found it to be an offensive smell. although I do know there are some dog odors that are offensive!!!

Yep. My son has begged to go see Pirates of the French Caribbean today since it's the last day of their summer vacation. Both of their new teachers called here yesterday to welcome them to their classes and I couldn't be more pleased.
I stayed up too late last night and was perusing the religion threads again this am.

Lucky you-I have to deliver the bid I'm working on right now as soon as I'm done to a custimer 25 miles away, then go to the market on the way back in the nearest town. But after that, I'm off till I have to fix supper. I love "Freaky Friday", by the way, I've watched it with my daughter countless times. She and I also watch "Charlotte's Web" and "The Halloween Tree" at least once a year.

the older two want to see that, but i know xsbrownie would be too scared, and she has no desire. it is supposed to be really really good, from what i have heard. Turns out that xsboy would also like to see Freaky Friday, so the girls and i will shop while he has his golf clinic.
