Here's one incantation of it:
Chef Karen Putman has won hundreds of barbecue ribbons and trophies. She marinates flank steak with this recipe, so try it with the cut of your choice.
Ingredients:
1 quart Coca-Cola
2 cups oil
2 cups vinegar
6 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar. Mix well and store in the refrigerator.
Yield: Makes 2 quarts

Well if your amongst the Redwoods you will certianly have some shade!! Sounds nice. I remember us years ago visiting the Redwoods area. I could hardly believe trees could get so large. Now Nully, OTOH must be baking!! Yesterday it was 39 here (grrrr I HATE that celcius crap) It was around 100 degrees anyway. In Oliver, and Osoyoos it was 42. That's well over a 100 degrees.

Got great news this morning...Son in law was selected for promotion to Captain in the USCG! He is now tied with me and his pop in law as an 06....not bad....
