Back when I was a kid, my Nordic step-dad took us all up to Bija-Fijord, Norway, to see his family, and he was taking his dad, born late 1800's back up for a family reunion. Arndt had left Norway as a young man of 22 and had never been back, or seen any of his brothers since. It was about '59 when we took this trip. All of his brothers, 8 of them, were still alive and well, and they had a grand family reunion in the old house. None had passed away then, but within 3 years, all of them had.

We now have a big murial of Bija-Fijord painted across the Dining room wall of our family farm house in Minnesota. When we get descendents of the original brothers passing through, they all get invited over to come and see it.

I figured that to make it more sporting, and more fun, it should be a MUTUAL hunt deal.

I got slapped for that idea, but it would be a better idea.
