If your serious, I highly recomment the
Body For Life diet and exercise program. My friend lost over 100 pounds on it. I lost 32 pounds on it. Another female friend lost 20 pounds on it. If you have at least a stationary bike you'll go far on this diet. Look for the book at Amazon.com, Borders, Barnes & Noble, or somewhere. The author's last name is Phillips, believe.
Other than that there's always lipo suction and tummy tuck operations.

I've never even been west of Houston, and yes, it is a great picture(especially with the gun).
Too bad I can't get Internet radio at all on this dial up connection. I'm moving in about a month and 1/2.

Not from LA, I'm no help. Besides it's blue eyes that look best.
Once ate in the same resturant everyday for a week on a business trip cuz the waitress had the most beautiful blue eyes I ever saw.
