Even if the monkey...uh...I mean Hillary wore no lipstick in that picture it would still look better thn any Hillary photo I've seen before. But I must admit, when I first saw the picture I thought it was California Congresswoman Maxine Waters.

Naw, I love this sort of stuff!

My only claim to fame is jamming onstage at CBGB with notorious burned-out hippie David Peel. Wadda maroon!

have you been drinking?

No, I'm serious! Besides the only thing I've been drinking is bottled water and I'm almost out of it which is a shame 'cause I'm afraid to drink the water from this particular faucet.

Well, I can't say I have any claim to fame. But I should have kept in touch with Darian and I might have been on those DVD's with him--darn, I was close, lol. But close only counts in horseshoes, handgrinades...and...dating :0)

What instrument do you play? Too bad you're all the way over there in Virginia.

Mostly rhythym guitar and songwriting, although I'm presently playing Ramones-like bass and singing in a surf/garage band. Dabble a bit in drums, too. Spent 15 years in a post-punk band chasing the elusive deal, came close a couple of times and have decided to just have fun and make noise.

Please don't give up on your dreams. You're still plenty young enough to make it. You can especially make it as a songwriter if your tunes are good enough. Who knows, someone may decide to record one.

BTW, do you like Blondie, the Cars, and Cheap Trick?

Cheap Trick played at the LA County Fair in Pomona the same day I went to see George W. Bush there before the election. What a day, I recorded my encounters with bizarre leftists on camcorder and wrote a tame freeper update about it. I might ping you to it, though it's 2 or 3 years old, okay?

All kinds. I love jazz and swing (think the Rat Pack) and I also like a lot of the newer alternative bands.

have you been drinking?

Wasn't addressed to me, but to quote John McClane..."No, not since this morning..."

I like John McClane. His theory of drinking is quite...interesting.
