cyn, I went to the link, there is a video shown there, and I click on it. Looks like DW in the interr. room, then a short clip of Daneille comes on, then back to the room. Kinda an overhead shot. No sound. I can't seem to find RR live either. Now you can call me stupid if you want. Still can't get to what I want to see or hear.

Let me go out on a limb and make a prediction: You will decide that the tapes prove nothing, as far as you are concerned.

Of course, the alternative would be for you to say, you were unconvinced until the tapes--that now you admit he did it.

But my prediction is the former. Why would I make that guess? The SaveDave gang are highly predictable--no amount of evidence is ever enough.

First, I double checked. Your post to redlipstick on that other thread was addressed to her post that was composed of an article only. You accused her falsely of giving analysis. There is absolutely no other interpretation.

Do me a fave and let me know if...at ANY point in the interrogation...he EVER says he's innocent, or he didn't do it...

I stopped listening to the RR program and I watched some of the video...he never proclaimed his innocence from the little I saw and heard.

If it makes you feel better to categorize into a single group, those that don't totally agree with you, feel free. If it makes you feel good to predict what you think they believe and will do, again, go ahead.

I would like to listen to and see these tapes. I am looking for 'damning evidence'. I would be more than happy to find it, and be done with this, happy in the knowledge that the real culprit is in prison.

I am open minded and whatever comes, fine. Can you say the same about yourself?

So far the main thing I have seen is that most of the DW GUILTY (and I knew it all along) are very close minded people. They have proved it with their statements over and over again.

I am listening now to the RR show live, and it seems that everyone gets so involved in proving what they THINK is RIGHT, rather than whether or not the subject of discussion is factual proof or conjecture.

Too much close-mindedness abounds. On both sides. Kim had an idea a long time ago and I found very few people with enough GUTS to even try it.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the truth about the plea bargain come out? No matter what it is?

Why are the facts being kept hidden, while the rumor was allowed to be spewed all over the media, and then when it didn't have much effect at the start, was repeated for public consumption.

It just bothers me, when these kind of things happen in a case.

Remember the big to do over the GYPSY woman? The one that was caught on video, apparently striking her child.

Hang her, hang her, kill her. That was the public reaction. Then it all went away and no one seems to care now. Manipulation by the media. Control is the key. Producing predictable responses.

Actually she got introuble again..looks bad for her. What else can we complain about? Their lifestyle? Hey, did you hear about the gang on the plaza? 3-5 little punks with guns surrounding people trying to shop. They're going to run the shoppers off the plaza..you just wait and see. They'll have to fence it in. Hey, that's what they should have done to bannister mall. Fenced the parking lot in and put guards at the gate. :)
