Tell ya, now understand, I am TOTLLY against this, I am going to heart rehab today, sheesh, if I sat on my can all day and did nothing I could understand it but, farm work, walking, yard work? I am gonna lift some 3 lb weights and that is going to rehab my heart? d INSIST that I go and the dr SUGGESTED IT once, what to do with these kids nowadays.

Oh I forgot to tell you, house showing today, me AND at d house, if only we could sell them the house on the farm would be started tomorrow.

I suppose it can't hurt to go to rehab......It just seems like a waste of time, doesn't it, especially with all your walking and other activity? Oh well; if it makes d happy, then it's worth it, right?

I guess, sure don't want to do this at all. I have been to one once before when I had my stroke and it was a waste of time for sure, told them so as well. That is the good thing about being a 'sr. citizen', you can say things and they chaulk it up to 'that old coot'.

I forgot to tell you, I am never short with those folks, my momma use to tell me 'it is a lot easier to be nice than to be mean and besides, it is more fun'.
