"FELDMAN was actually TOLD by Judge Mudd to speak louder during his closing arguments."
This is true. One of the jurors made the request to the judge that Feldman "keep his voice up." Maybe there is one juror hard of hearing.

Decomposition starts at the time of death, most bodies start producing a faint odor within 12 hours or so due to the natural gases that build up in the corpse as putrification starts (in best case scenario, as in a mortuary). A lot depends on where a body is and the types of weather it has been exposed to.

Oh; but I think he does!

"DUSEK = Greg Weston."
HAHAHAHA!!! Actually, I thought it was Damon himself. The way he kept protesting the suggestions about Damon being my suspect.

"Yeah, but he's the only one who doesn't know it."
Screaming with laughter here!! He was done & washed up
at the prelim and didn't know it!!

A lot depends on where a body is and the types of weather it has been exposed to. That's why morticians want to claim a body as soon after death as possible, before tissue gas obstruction prevents the free flow of the embalming fluid. Aspiration removes the contaminants in the major organs, thus removing the source of odor (which is the result of bacteria).

I was going to try to do the running transcript but it's too painful listening to him and then having to type it and see it in print

Dusek hardly knows where to start Doesn't know where to start or finish. Actually , as another poster said, he is already finished. He just hasn't shut up yet.
To: sinkspur
I am in awe sir, not many people know that!
To: UCANSEE2
FWIW, Dusek apparently believes that he has the majority of jurors in his pocket and is worried that a single juror might cause a hung juror. He is encouraging the single juror to take the majority view point.
To: UCANSEE2
He's worried there is going to be a hold out.
"Go in with an open mind. If everyone is thinking one way, and you are thinking another, you have to listen to them. How is it that THEY all are thinking the same and I am not? "
(paraphrased.)

I was going to try to do the running transcript but it's too painful listening to him and then having to type it and see it in print It doesn't matter. He's been talking now for 15 minutes and hasn't said anything yet.
To: UCANSEE2
He's been droning on and on since he started the rebuttal. Hasn't said anything that would make a difference to a juror IMO

If we thought Dusek was "dry & dull" yesterday, he's like a dried up river bed today. Especially after Feldman.
To: nycgal
If you are the only one in a group of 10 or 20 or 30 thinking a certain way - you are probably wrong? Is that your take on what you are hearing?

He is encouraging the single juror to take the majority view point. You are probably correct.

Take all the facts to determine reasonable interpretation, not one at a time.
