Kim what does it mattter who else he's represented? It would be hard to find any any top notch defense lawyer who hasn't represented some bad guys, won't it?

Oh, oh...he knew that using the maggot mass would benefit the DEFENSE and didn't use it!Dusek elicited that on cross-exam. Dusek's point was he didn't criticize Haskell's use of the mass temp.

Here is the press release explaining various factors about the dog search. Pros and Cons listed.
FRAZEE
And if you got to here
transcripts, etc. and go down to JULY 2 , you can read it for yourself.

The idea was to point out that the skin was mummified..and could have prevented the MOIST environment the bugs desired.

Dusek back up. Asking all the same questions again.

Feldman is DOING SO AWESOME! He's calm cool and collected. He REALLY REALLY knows his stuff, unlikes Doofus who bored me to tears, and I sure hope the jury gets plenty of coffee and breaks! ha ha ha ha!
Ha...nice try Kim...but sorry....your post had been rejected by the VDA-ANTITHREADJACKAL Alarm System....pegged the needle in fact..
But keep trying...you just might make it to the outer walls of the Fort....

Haven't had time to read the back posts.
Business getting in the way.

This is so trivial JJ, and am sorry to bring it up..but the reason I mentioned that was cuz ucansee2 thinks the anti-dw's have dissed feldmna too..and the norml thing was the only other thing I could think of.
To: UCANSEE2
Thanks. I'm familiar with Frazee and the cadaver dog. I'm looking for the search dogs and MH info.

Is it true that their female bugologist colleauge's report supports the prosecution stance? (Just heard it on ctv) (1) She isn't on the stand testifying.
(2) CTV may or may not be a reliable source of information.
To: basscleff
and common sense prevails. That was your first mistake.
To: John Jamieson
Oh, JJ..was he BADGERING the witness again? I hate it when that happens, such a Bully..

DW would have had to dump the body on 2/2 or 2/3. Not time enough for any significant body drying.
I still think the body was dryed (dehydrated) in a frig for 10 days, then dumped, and the bugs went in immediately anyway (about 2/12-2/16).
To: spectre
Did you hear that? Judge told the jury to NOT form an opinion..
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
good thing you're not on the jury.
