Hmmmmmmmmm....... Dont' know for sure without looking it up. Seems like I remember him testifying about taking pictures and the LE's taking the pictures away.

Anyone else have a definite answer before I go look?

Yes he did. He and his searching friend are the ones that took pictures. Also led the entire team to view the body before the authorities arrived.

Thank you..and being hard headed (not that I agree cyn) does not equate with salivating for over the possiblity that a man who could be innocent could be put to death. It was just something I couldn't let go without being said, and I would do it again...
