If you artifically set a temp for the maggot mass, it would not be appropriate in your field.
He's never calculated an interval by factoring in an elevated temp cuz he has no data and no data to support that at all.

Sounds like the prosecution's best chance is to claim that San Diego LE are also incompetent in surveillance capabilities.
