It wouldn’t. I was responding to the previous poster suggesting the idea of incest. I think it would be a huge mistake to go there. Just stick with the marriage issue.
Omar became a U.S. citizen in 2000 when she was 17 years old. If she used her brother in a marriage fraud to get citizenship, It would have depended on the GW Bush Administration to catch it. Afterwards, the haze of the years put the event into the rear view mirror.

SOL - generally 5 years for immigration fraud - may be extended under specific circumstances such as hiding the fraud.
I’m certain DHS/DOJ could make a very good argument in this regard.

While Ilhan Omar can’t be prosecuted for her immigration fraud because of the statute of limitations, her conspiracy to use that fraud to continue her corrupt political career is ongoing. That should be enough to revoke her citizenship and boot this lowlife out of the United States.

Lawyers truly and publicly supporting the Trump DOJ agenda in full are tough to find and hire. Many no doubt privately support Trump and his agenda but fear for their legal careers and professional reputation (among powerful/influential/seditious Trump-haters) if they were to join the Trump Administration.
