The bombs were non-functional. IIRC, all the components of a bomb but very obviously not hooked up right.

No one. There was no new tip since the reward was offered.
He’d better cough up a LOT of details that can be cross-checked. Such as description of the funky shoes, where and when he acquired them, where they are now, etc. Who he was communicating with. Who put him up to it. Where the bomb-planing idea came from and when. When he first started thinking about bombs and why. Did he test a bomb? Where/when? Who else knew? Prior contact with the FBI or other feds or political folks? I hope he is spilling all the dirt rather than giving them a memorized set of lies.

Do we know why the Capitol police were so mellow with the situation, and why the cell phone data just happened to be “corrupted” for this one and only case? Do we have a good reason to understand why there wasn’t a huge manhunt for the bomber during the potato presidency?
