“We require two dishes at $120/month each ($240/month total) since we have ten people using it (6 kids, my parents, me and the wife that both work from home).

Grok:

No, you do not need 2 Starlink dishes for a house with 10 people.
One single Starlink dish/router is fully sufficient in almost all cases—even for 10+ people—as long as you choose the right plan and have realistic expectations.

Fun Factoid

Amazon’s Kuiper, now called LEO, had bargained, negotiated with several launch providers to place the LEO satellites in orbit. The Amazon Board decided to not even consider the least expensive and most reliable launch provider on the planet. Yes, SpaceX. The Amazon Stockholders found out and protested. SpaceX ended up launching three times for Amazon.

The latest reuse record for a Falcon 9 first stage is 31 launches.

We have dual ISPs load balanced... Spectrum Cable (1gbps symmetrical) and ATT Fiber (1gbps symmetrical)... Load balanced through a Firewalla Gold+.... Internet is always up.... Each ISP is roughly $85 a month.

The 100MbPS is too slow to view videos online. It will be constant buffer.
I am usually running 5 different things on the net at the same time. It would grind to a halt.
And, that isn't even including torrenting.
