Why is this news the local PD already said they put twiggs in a “safe place” that’s LEO for protective custody or the very least a safe house under protection. He cut a deal early when they hadn’t caught his BF yet gave up the discord chats and probably much more that the public is not privy too. Rightfully so the less that’s public the less that can be used by the defence to push for a mistrial. The public needs to know exactly zero before trial, this keeps the jury pool pure and removed a judge letting him walk on a technicality. Again the public is entitled to exactly zero information. A good DA and prosecuting attorney would see exactly to that.
During trial wouldn’t be surprised to see twiggs as states witness number one. That likely waa as the deal for immunity , protection and relocation. Given he is trans they probably do a full M2F and when the now “she” is released from protective services the relocation identity will be female and far from Mormon Utah.
