It’s not clear who started it, but at one point, agents are seen restraining the mother on the ground. The mother too? LOL. I'd pay more to see that than whatever passes for comedy in the Laugh Factory.

Apparently, an arrest by LEOs of the police force you don’t like is now considered a “kidnap” by said officers.
LEOs have to make up their minds rapidly at times when the person of interest fails to comply with their orders.
