I really don’t think they are that rare. Obviously these cops thought they could barge into his home without a warrant and arrest him. The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that they cannot arrest you in your home without a warrant unless there are exigent circumstances. They could have witnessed you actually do the crime but they would still need a warrant. This involved multiple officers and not one of them said, wait we can’t do this.

Clearly either poor training or just a general disregard for rights.

I’ve watched several of his videos and he is not a “cop hater.”

Do you have problems with the law?

You see the tattoos on that cop?

I'm seeing more and more of that on cops these days. I think it adds to the intimidation factor they want to exhibit..

Check the site in my tag, and you will find it is even worse.

I literally have them deploying some kind of directed energy thing, hitting me in my house from the neighbor’s house, and generating like an impact on me because of that site. Bill Binny, the NSA whistleblower has the same thing at his place, he installed steel sheeting to try and block it, and it blew two holes through the steel sheeting.

Local PD screwing up is rare, but I can guarantee if people post here, they are either in domestic surveillance/intelligence, or they have the local neighborhood unit alerted to them, and literally opening all of the mics in their home connected to the internet, and monitoring them in their house.

Surveillance now is set up like the Stasi, everyone gets a file, and everyone is monitored for a set period every so often to make sure their file is absolutely accurate.

Surveillance is now even using their own kids in the schools to begin the files for the kids.

Go to my site, AmericanStasi.com, and you can see video of my neighbor’s kid talking about following me through grocery stores with my surveillance.

Here is the kicker - if you are not surveillance yourself, just being on this site has had you flagged, and you have the same surveillance. They set the national unit up like the Stasi, with local units arrayed throughout neighborhoods, and everyone gets a file, and people who hang in places like this get priority coverage. That kid has other surveillance kids over and they talk about the stuff they do in the schools to build files on other kids for the operation, and even screwing with other kids.

Check the site if you think America is not a Police state. There is plenty of video by lots of other Americans to show you what is out there, and you will eventually see your own coverage, once you know what to look for.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that they cannot arrest you in your home without a warrant unless there are exigent circumstances. They could have witnessed you actually do the crime but they would still need a warrant.

Exigent circumstances includes witnessing a crime (if the crime is in the house and the police witness it while they are there). There are several “exigent circumstances” which can be used as reasons to break into a house.

It does not appear the police “broke” into the house in this case.

If you open the door to police, they can consider that an invitation to enter the house.

With all the cameras now in society, police are being held to higher standards than they were formerly.

It only takes one officer at the scene to push through an opened door. The others will feel an obligation to back that officer up.

In this case the department will pay for the officers mistake.

Paranoia is corrosive. I’m fully aware that people keep track of FR. They have for a long time. But the whole stasi kids thing reeks of conspiracy theories. And I don’t do those.

“Quit being a sensationalist.”

1. There is no such thing as innocent until proven guilty, everyone is automatically considered guilty, armed, dangerous, and susceptible to immediate execution. Fact.

2. “Officer’s Discretion” is given more power and weight than the Constitution. Fact.

3. A badge is a license to lie during an investigation. “Entrapment” and “False Arrest” are obsolete and no longer a defense. Fact.

4. Code is flexible to be twisted into anything they want without proof or even proper application. Fact.

5. Officers are above the law and considered a superior class over civilians. Fact.

6. Officers are automatically given “Expert Witness” status and credibility over the defendant’s credibility expert or not. Fact.

7. Police are trained as Military Combatants and psychologically trained that every Civilian is an Enemy Combatant trying to kill them until proven otherwise. Fact.

8. Officers are almost never held accountable or punished for their wrong doings or violations of civil rights, and Corruption and Collusion are absolutely a real thing and common. Fact.

9. Courts can exclude and deny introduction of evidence that could completely exonerate you or highly influence a Jury. Fact.

10. Those streets out there are not “yours” as a Civilian, they are “theirs” and they will straight up tell you that because that is what they think. Those streets belong to the Government and them personally as a Representative of Government authority, not the people. “My” Highway, “My” County, “My” City, “My” Streets, “My” Beat. Fact.

Just the start of a long list.

This situation and universal frame of mind and superiority over Civilians and Constitutional Civil Rights is indeed pretty SENSATIONAL... Now before you try to deny this is the reality, let me share that I grew up in the Blue Circle. My father was an Officer, My Uncle was an Officer, And my Son in Law was an Officer. I was on the Search and Rescue team for 40 years, I was in the towing and wrecker business working with Officers on the job all my life.

I have been arrested falsely five times by “Officer friends” of my towing competitors and Collusion. And three times falsely charged with crimes that would have cost me my business and 20 years in prison. Over my lifetime from a child up I have been to at least a hundred “Officer’s Parties”, and before I was legally old enough to drink I was getting drunk with Officers at these parties.

I have heard so many “funny stories” about civilian interactions and Constitutional violations it made me sick. The arrogance and authoritarianism is off the charts. There are some serious mental issues. And I am not even going to go into their personal lives and relationships that are psychologically screwed up. Which by the way they take to work with them and this affects their interactions with the public.

Call me what you like, but I lived inside the circle all my life and know it very well. We are a Police State and Officers themselves even know it. As much as they try to deny it, actions speak louder than words... Through protocol, training, and abuse of authority they are practicing it by example daily. Fact.

“Put the bong down and open a window.”

Did you think of that one all by yourself? You must have been at the top of the class in your academy. You might be able to hide that very real hidden world from most, but I lived it so you can’t hide it from me... I am a long time challenge coin holder...

25 years. And before you defame more of my brothers and sisters think twice. There are always bad cops. Like there are corrupt accountants. But the vast majority of cops are hardworking, fair and honest. It sounds like your experience of it was different. But that doesn’t mean your experience is indicative of the state I live in or the country as a whole. I am quite concerned for the cops in blue states who are being asked to disregard their oaths for political purposes. But the US is not a police state. It could become so if the left gets their way. But not now. So I don’t subscribe to your views. In the future I ask that you refrain from posting to or about me and I’ll do the same for you.
