The Democrat nominee in 2028 may promise to extradite Trump to face trial in the Hague, but that would just be to fire up the base—I don’t see her or him actually following through on the threat. It could be dangerous for Trump to travel outside the US but the main danger is from Democrats in the US who want to kill him.
