I work at a sports bar in Northern Commiefornia. When the 49ers play, the place is packed. I can’t speak for our male customers but I’m sure there are many men who attend 49ers games in person who get off on that sort of thing.

If Animal Planet (Warner Bros) would have their Puppy Bowl programming during Halftime of the Super Bowl 70% of the TV sets would be switched away from watching that pile of crap.

I have been boycotting sportsball for years. No NFL and no NBA. I cut the cable, so these clown shows don’t get one thin dime from me. The men are maniacs for soccer in Europe. It consumes male attention more than the NFL here.
All in all this is bread and circuses, that keep men distracted away from the national politics that are screwing them and their families.
