maybe the reason fund raiser far behind is cc fill ins are restrictive. If you put in your stte, you still have non-us, it asks for country, USA is not on drop down, message received “processing error “

I have used the form previously, so for me, the form pretty much auto fills with a couple of clicks.
I reckon I need to use it again :)
There is an option on the form to have a receipt sent to your email.
