Yes, very commonly. People order drugs from India for personal use, Ivermectin, Blood pressure, etc. They rarely order more that 800 bucks per order. They pay FAR less than the price gouging US Pharma companies.

So the question remains, is ALL mail with those countries suspended? Or just parcels? Do regular letters still go through?
It varies by type of Cuban cigar—but many are good to go for a couple of decades at least.

The oldest I have in stock are fifteen years old.
Those remain at their peak.
Footnote: Some quality non Cubans have very long life spans as well.
I have part of a cabinet (box of fifty cigars) of Illusiones that have a box date on them—2007.
I smoked one the other day and they seem to be continuing to get better.
